Dmitry Iorgachev, PhD in Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Winner of the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of Science and Technology, Honoured Worker of Industry of Ukraine. Mr. Iorgachev has a number of honourary awards and medals. He has been employed with Odessa Cable Works “Odeskabel” since 1986, from 1996 – as a General Director.
