Mr. Sergei I. Padhaiski graduated from the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute of the Order of the Red Banner of Labor in 1984 with a degree in "Electric stations," qualification "Electrical engineer."
From 1984 to 1992 he worked as an Inspector of Electrogroup of the Polotsk branch "Energonadzor", a Chief Engineer of the Rossony enterprise "Rayselenergo", a Director of "Rayselenergo" of the Beshenkovichi regional agroindustrial association. From 1992 to 1998 Mr. Sergei I. Podhaiski was a Director of the Beshenkovichi production and installation enterprise "Energocomplekt", a Chairman of the Board of Directors. From 1998 to 2005 he was a General Director of "PA"Energocomplekt," Vitebsk. From 2005 to present he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of "PA"Energocomplekt."
He studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus in "International Business Management." He graduated from it with the qualification of "Economic manager" in 2005.
Mr. Padhaiski has the medal of the Republic of Belarus "For labor merits."
