The 48^th General Meeting of the International Association “Intercable” will take place in Bremen, Germany, from December 1^st till 5^th, 2014. Within the framework of the General Meeting, a Scientific and Technical Symposium is going to be held on the following topic: Session 1: Unconventional research and test methods in cable engineering. Stationary equipment for cable product testing. Session 2: On-line processing technology in cable and wire manufacturing.

The Program of the Scientific and Technical Symposium and the General Meeting consists the following work schedule:

December 1^st (Monday) – participants' arrival. Board Meeting (for the IA “Intercable” Board members only);

December 2^nd (Tuesday) – Scientific and Technical Symposium;

December 3^rd (Wednesday) – continuation of the Scientific and Technical Symposium, followed by the General Meeting of the IA “Intercable” members.

December 4^th (Thursday) – excursion program; (technical tour to SIKORA cable plant

December 5^th (Friday) – participants' departure OR at members’ sole discretion and based on their own arrangements (as this is NOT part of the official “Intercable” program) technical tours to the following cable equipment manufacturing companies: Nexans Deutschland GmbH, Troester GmbH and others.

Room rates: single room – 169 euro per night; double room – 209 euro per room per night; Junior Suite – 306 euro per room per night; Suite – 460 euro per room per night. These rates include breakfast, Wi-Fi and Spa with access to outdoor swimming pool.

This trip is arranged without assistance from a travel agency. The above room rates are offered based on a registration in advance with the IA “Intercable”. The accommodation can be paid for by a credit card (by completing and returning a Credit Card Authorization Form to the Hotel) or by a bank transfer according to an invoice from the Hotel.

Registration fee for every second and subsequent participant will be €200.
