The 51^st General Meeting of the International Association Intercable will take place in Helsinki, Finland, from June 13^th till 17^th of 2016. Within the framework of the General Meeting, there will be a Scientific & Technical Symposium on the following topics:

Improving cable manufacturing processes and the quality of the cable products.

The program of the General Meeting and the Scientific & Technical Symposium consists of the following work schedule:

June 13^th (Mon): participants’ arrival; Board meeting (for IA Intercable Board members only)

June 14^th (Tue): General Meeting of the IA Intercable members, followed by the Scientific & Technical Symposium

June 15^th (Wed): continuation of the Scientific & Technical Symposium

June 16^th (Thu): excursion program (technical tour to Maillefer Extrusion Oy)

June 17^th (Fri): participants’ departure

The General Meeting will take place at Crowne Plaza Helsinki hotel, located at Mannerheimintie 50, 00260 Helsinki, tel. +358 9 2521 0000, web: www.crowneplaza-helsinki.fi/en. The room rates are: €138/night for a Standard room, €173/night for a Club room and €188/night for a Junior Suite. For double occupancy (second person in the room), €15 is added per night to the aforementioned prices (for all room types). These rates include breakfast, Wi-Fi Internet access and use of swimming pool/saunas.

The above room rates are offered based on an advance registration with the IA Intercable (via a completion of the attached Registration Form). The accommodation can be paid for by either a credit card authorization or by a bank transfer against an invoice from the hotel. Prepayment is required. The registration fee for every second and subsequent participant is €200/person. Completed Registration Forms for the participation in the 51^st General Meeting of the IA Intercable and the Scientific & Technical Symposium are to be submitted by e-mail to intercable@mail.ru or by fax at +7 (495) 362-6042 by March 1^st of 2016. Your participation will be confirmed only after a duly completed Registration Form is received by our office.
