The 52nd General Meeting of the International Association Intercable will take place in Minsk, Belarus, on November 14th – 18th of 2016. Within the framework of the General Meeting, there will be a Scientific & Technical Symposium on the following topics:

Session 1: The state of the cable industry in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus in 2016 and the forecast for 2017.

Session 2: Cables and wires for nuclear power plants, cable manufacturing equipment and materials.

The program of the General Meeting and the Scientific & Technical Symposium consists of the following work schedule:

Participants’ arrival; Board meeting (for IA Intercable Board members only) General Meeting of the IA Intercable members, followed by the Scientific & Technical Symposium continuation of the Scientific & Technical Symposium excursion program (technical tour to Beltelecabel JCSC) participants’ departure

The General Meeting will take place at Renaissance Minsk Hotel, located at Dzerzhinsky Avenue 1E, Minsk, 220036, tel. +375 17 309 90 90, web: www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/mhpbr- renaissance-minsk-hotel/. The room rates are: $90/night for a Standard Room, $150/night for a Club Room, $220/night for a Deluxe Club Room and $260 for a Junior Suite. Double occupancy (second person in the room) in a Standard Room is $110/night/room. There is no double occupancy surcharge for Club Rooms and above. These rates include breakfast, Wi-Fi Internet access and use of swimming pool/gym.

The above room rates are offered based on an advance registration with the IA Intercable (via a completion of the attached Registration Form). The accommodation can be paid for by either a credit card authorization or by a bank transfer against an invoice from the hotel. Prepayment is required. The registration fee for every second and subsequent participant is €200/person. Completed Registration Forms for the participation in the 52nd General Meeting of the IA Intercable and the Scientific & Technical Symposium are to be submitted by e-mail to intercable@mail.ru or by fax at +7 (495) 362-6042 by September 1st of 2016. Your participation will be confirmed only after a duly completed Registration Form is received by our office.

Please, note that citizens of EU member states and North American countries need a visa to enter Belarus.
