The 55^th General Meeting of the International Association Intercable will take place in Portoroẑ, Slovenia, on June 04^th – 08^th of 2018. Within the framework of the General Meeting, there will be a Scientific & Technical Symposium on the following topics:

Session 1: Cable lines of continuous vulcanization. Materials for cable insulation and test equipment applied on these lines.

Session 2: Equipment and materials for the production of optical fiber and optical cables.

The program of the General Meeting and the Scientific & Technical Symposium consists of the following work schedule:

Participants’ arrival; Board meeting (for IA Intercable Board members only) General Meeting of the IA “Intercable” members (elections to the Association’s management and control bodies), followed by the Scientific & Technical Symposium Continuation of the Scientific & Technical Symposium Sightseeing tour Participants’ departure

The General Meeting will take place at the Grand Hotel Bernardin (Obala 2, SI - 6320, Portoroẑ, Slovenia, ph. +386-5-690-7200, fax +386-5-690-7210, https://www.hoteli-bernardin.si/en/). The room rates are: €130/night for a Single room, €160/night for a Double room. The rooms of higher category are provided upon request. These rates include breakfast, Wi-Fi Internet access, entrance to the pools and beaches of the Bernardin resort. The rates are subject to applicable tourist tax of €1,27/ person/night and applicable local admission fee of €1,00/ person.

The above room rates are offered based on an advance registration with the IA Intercable (via a completion of the attached Registration Form). The accommodation can be paid for by either a credit card authorization or by a bank transfer against an invoice from the hotel. Prepayment is required.

Please be advised that booking cancellation after 20.05.2018 will be charged by the Hotel in a full amount of full requested stay.

The registration fee for every second and subsequent participant is €200/person. Completed Registration Forms for the participation in the 55^th General Meeting of the IA Intercable and the Scientific & Technical Symposium are to be submitted by e-mail to intercable@mail.ru or by fax at +7 (495) 362-6042 by April 16^th of 2018. Your participation will be confirmed only after a duly completed Registration Form is received by our office.
