The 41st General Meeting of the International Association «Intercable» will take place in Rogaska Slatina, Slovenia from 27 June to 01 July 2011. Within its framework a scientific and technical symposium will be held: Session 1. “Development prospects of the world cable industry, cable industry of Europe and the CIS under economic crisis conditions”;

Session 2. Data cables (LAN-cables): machinery, production technology, control and measurement equipment”.

A draft program of the scientific and technical symposium and the General Meeting foresees the following work schedule:

27 June (Monday) – participants' arrival;

28 June (Tuesday) – informative and advisory seminar;

29 June (Wednesday) – continuation of the informative and advisory seminar. General Meeting of the IA «Intercable» members

30 June (Thursday) – technical excursion to the Eurocable

01 June (Friday) – participants' departure.

Participants will be accommodated in the hotel «Sava» 4* (E-mail: info@hotel-sava-rogaska.si). Room rate in the hotel including half-board: single – from 92 euro per night, double – from 154 euro per room per night*. Furthermore, apartments (2 rooms) are available – from 125 to 250 euro per person per night.

Penalty equal to the per-night rate is imposed by the hotel in case the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the intended date.

The above rates are valid provided the reservation is made according to the Intercable list of participants based on your registration forms forwarded to the IA Intercable management.

We draw your attention to the fact that this trip is arranged with assistance of a tourist company “Balkan-Tour”, Moscow, tel. +7 (495) 234-97-31/ 589-88-30, e-mail: info@balkan-tour.ru. In case of need, a transfer from the airport to the hotel can be also provided by “Balkan-Tour”.

Registration fee for every second and a following participant will amount to 150 €. You are kindly asked to inform us whether your company is going to participate in the General Meeting of the IA «Intercable» and the scientific and technical symposium until February, 23rd. Please be sure to inform the IA Intercable management beforehand if you are not going to take part in the 41st General Meeting or in case you make hotel reservations on your own.

* Additionally a local tax of 1.5 euro per person per day is charged.
