We are pleased to inform you that Nextrom Fiber Optic business and its related companies in Finland, Switzerland, USA, China and Japan have been privatized. Nextrom is now 100% under ownership of the Knill Group, Austria.

The Nextrom Holding SA, including the Shanghai Manufacturing Unit and participations in other companies, will remain listed in Zurich SWX, Switzerland, and will be under majority ownership of CommCept AG/ Nextrom Holding SA is not related to the wire and cable industry anymore.
