The 53^rd General Meeting of the International Association Intercable will take place in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, on April 24^th – 28^th of 2017. Within the framework of the General Meeting, there will be a Scientific & Technical Symposium on the following topics:

Session 1: Drawing, twisting, and armoring cable machinery.

Session 2: Manufacturing process automation and production management systems in the cable industry.

The program of the General Meeting and the Scientific & Technical Symposium consists of the following work schedule:

April 24^th (Mon): April 25^th (Tue): April 26^th (Wed): April 27^th (Thu): April 28^th (Fri):

Participants’ arrival; Board meeting (for IA Intercable Board members only) General Meeting of the IA Intercable members, followed by the Scientific & Technical Symposium continuation of the Scientific & Technical Symposium excursion program (technical tour to Bratislava Volkswagen plant; technical tour to Sylex company for the participants, whose companies are relevant to optic technologies (that on the list) participants’ departure

The General Meeting will take place at Hotel Crowne Plaza Bratislava, located at Hodẑovo námestie 2, Bratislava, 81625, tel. +421 2 5934 8111, http://cpbratislava.sk/. The room rates are: €110/night for a Standard Room, €149/night for a Club Room, €209/night for a Junior Suite and €259/night for a Corner Suite. Double occupancy (second person in the room) in a Standard Room and in a Club Room is €130/night/room and €169/night/room respectively. There is no double occupancy surcharge for Suites. These rates include breakfast, Wi-Fi Internet access and use of swimming pool/gym.

The above room rates are offered based on an advance registration with the IA Intercable (via a completion of the attached Registration Form). The accommodation can be paid for by either a credit card authorization or by a bank transfer against an invoice from the hotel. Prepayment is required. The registration fee for every second and subsequent participant is €200/person.
