The next 44^th General Meeting of the IA Intercable will take place in Hungary, in the city of Heviz (the nearest airports: Vienna, Budapest), in the period from 19 to 23 November 2012. Within its framework a Scientific and Technical symposium will be held: Session 1. «Wires and cables with rubber application: trends of the cable production development, machinery, materials, control devices». Session 2. “Polyvinylchloride plastic compounds and fire-safety halogen-free compositions. The future of these materials in the cable industry”.

A draft program of the Scientific and Technical Symposium and the General Meeting foresees the following work schedule:

· 19 November (Monday) – participants' arrival;

· 20 November (Tuesday) – Scientific and Technical Symposium;

· 21 November (Wednesday) continuation of the Scientific and Technical Symposium. General Meeting of IA «Intercable» members;

· 22 November (Thursday) –excursions programs;

· 23 November (Friday) – participants' departure.

The program also includes an unofficial football match between participants (20 November evening).

Participants will be accommodated in the hotel: Carbona 4*, (H-8380 Heviz, Attila u.1.). Furthermore, superior rooms and apartments are available.

The above rates are valid provided the reservation is made according to the Intercable list of participants based on your registration forms forwarded to the IA Intercable management.

Additionally a local tax of 2 euro per person per day is charged. If you will come by car – parking price is 3 euro per car daily.

All hotel rooms have free unlimited Wi-Fi Internet access.

The participants will travel to the city of Heviz individually (except group transfers). In case of need the IA Intercable management will render assistance in arranging transfer service from Vienna airport to the Hotel.

The registration fee for every second and further participant is 150 euro.
