The Program of the Scientific and Technical Symposium and the General Meeting foresees the following work schedule:

19 May (Monday) – participants' arrival. Board Meeting (for the IA “Intercable” Board members only);

20 May (Tuesday) – Scientific and Technical Symposium;

21 May (Wednesday) – continuation of the Scientific and Technical Symposium. General Meeting of the IA “Intercable” members.

22 May (Thursday) –excursion program; (technical excursion to the cable plant in Novi Sad on a separate program).

23 May (Friday) - participants' departure.

Participants will be accommodated in the hotel “Metropol Palace” (Starwood Luxury Collection Hotel), Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra 69, 11000, Belgrade, tel. (381) 1133331000, fax (381)11 3333300, web: www.metropolpalace.com.

Room rates: single Superior – 173 euro per night; single Deluxe – 193 euro per night; double Deluxe – 209 euro per room per night; single Junior Suite – 214 euro per night; double Junior Suite – 229 euro per room per night. These rates include breakfast and Wi-Fi. City tax of 1.2 euro per day is not included.

This trip is arranged without assistance of a travel agency. The above room rates are granted in case that a prior registration – before 01 March – is made with the IA “Intercable”. Accommodation can be paid by a credit card (by completing and sending a Credit Card Authorization Form to the Hotel) or by bank transfer against an invoice issued by the Hotel. Prepayment is obligatory.

Registration fee for every second and a following participant will amount to 150 €.
