The next 37th General Meeting of the International Association “Intercable” will take place in Austria, Villach (Carinthia, 40 km from Klagenfurt) from 22 to 26 June 2009 in the hotel Villach Holiday Inn. The topic of the scientific and technical symposium which will be held in the frames of the General Meeting is Session 1. Cable industry in the financial and economical downturn. Session 2. Cable scrap processing.

PROVISIONAL PROGRAMME

22 June, Monday – arrival.

23 June, Tuesday – scientific and technical symposium.

24 June, Wednesday – continuation of the scientific and technical symposium. General Meeting. Regular elections of the President, Vice-Presidents, Board Members and Auditing Committee Members of IA “Intercable”:

25 June, Thursday – technical excursion to Rosendahl premises.

26-27 June, Friday and Saturday – departure.

During the General Meeting two business lunches (June, 23rd and 24th) and a farewell dinner (June, 24th) will be arranged at the expense of the “Intercable” Association (on the basis of one representative from each company-participant). Also, during the technical excursion on June, 25th Rosendahl will organize a lunch for all excursion participants. The registration fee for each second and following participant in Austria will amount to 200 EUR.

Room rate at the hotel is 130 EUR per night per single room including breakfast and 160 EUR per night per double room (80 EUR per person) on the same conditions.
