The
43-rd General Meeting of the International Association «Intercable» will take
place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from the 28 to 31 of May 2012. Within its framework a Scientific and Technical
Symposium will be held: Session 1.Copper and aluminum. Application
in the Cable Industry.The present and the future.
Session 2. Control cables. Cables design, manufacturing technologies and
applied materials.
A
draft program of the Scientific and Technical Symposium and the General Meeting
foresees the following work schedule:

May (Monday) – participants' arrival; The Board meeting (only for Board
members);
29
May (Tuesday) – General Meeting of the IA «Intercable» members; Elections of the Management and Control
bodies of the IA “Intercable”;
30
May (Wednesday) – the Scientific and Technical Symposium;
31May
(Thursday) – negotiations with representatives of cable companies (according to
individual schedules); cultural program;
16 December (Friday) – participants' departure.

Penalty
equal to the one night room charge is imposed by the hotels in case the
reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the intended date. In case of
reservation cancellation less than 72 hours before the planned arrival date,

I would like to pay your attention to the fact that the regular elections of
the President, Vice-President, Board Members and Auditing Committee Members of
the IA “Intercable” will be held during this General Meeting. Therefore the
presence of your company representative is very important. In case no one from
your company can participate in the Meeting, we urge you to provide an official
power of attorney to one of the participants.
Please be sure to inform the IA Intercable management
beforehand if you are not going to take part in the 43rd General
Meeting or in case you make hotel reservations on your own.
