 |  We are deeply saddened to inform you that an outstanding electrical engineer, who for many years headed the JSC “VNIIKP”, the founder and permanent President of the International Association Intercable, Professor Izyaslav Borisovich Peshkov (26.05.1936 - 03.02.2022) has passed away. He devoted his entire life to the formation and development of the cable industry in Russia and the CIS, the education of many generations of specialists and business leaders, the creation and strengthening of international relationship in the industry. |  |

| We’ve got today, December 27, 2021, the sad news. In the morning, an old partner of the Association, an honorary citizen of Samara and the Samara region, an honored mechanical engineer of the Russian Federation, president of Samara Cable Company JSC, Anvar Bulkhin, has passed. He finished his earthly journey on the 86th year. | |

| Izyaslav Borisovich in the cable community is called the most respected cable man in Russia. Izyaslav Borisovich is not only a wise leader who has preserved and strengthened the position of the VNIIKP in difficult times for our country when economic and political formations were changed. He is a renowned scientist in the field of electrical engineering. His work has received wide international recognition. Many of his students have become leading experts and leaders in the cable industry. | |
